Patricia is a program associate at The Washington Home. She is responsible for the cultivation of partnerships with aligned organizations, seeks opportunities to expand the Foundation’s impact, and manages community engagement and stewardship to enhance collaboration and outcomes.

Prior to joining The Washington Home, she engaged in research and advocacy efforts to protect the most vulnerable of workers. She has extensive expertise in non-profit donor management and donor stewardship, and has successfully managed diverse funding sources, fostered strong donor relationships, and coordinated impactful fundraising campaigns and events.

Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Madonna University in Nigeria, and a master’s degree in public policy from the George Washington University.
