We work in partnership with local organizations to address the most pressing senior needs in our community. We seek to reduce social isolation, support caregiver needs, decrease food insecurity, support the critically ill, and provide emergency funding for seniors (basic needs).

Over the past three years as a foundation, from July 2020 to June 2023, The Washington Home has provided significant funding to local Washington, DC organizations that provide care and services around TWH’s mission-focused support areas: Critically Ill, Social Isolation, Caregiver Support, and Impact Giving.
